About the Role

The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily operations by organizing office tasks and coordinating activities across departments. This role ensures smooth workflow, operational efficiency, and improved productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage daily office operations efficiently.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and prepare agendas and reports.
  • Prepare professional correspondence (emails, letters, reports).
  • Follow up on administrative tasks across departments to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain and organize filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Enter and update data in administrative systems accurately.
  • Support operational activities by coordinating with internal and external teams.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement.
  • Contribute to improving administrative processes and efficiency.

Core Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative or office roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Fluent in Arabic, with good proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with administrative systems such as ERP or CRM.
  • Previous experience in a structured corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with task management or modern digital tools.
