About the Role
The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily operations by organizing office tasks and coordinating activities across departments. This role ensures smooth workflow, operational efficiency, and improved productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage daily office operations efficiently.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and prepare agendas and reports.
- Prepare professional correspondence (emails, letters, reports).
- Follow up on administrative tasks across departments to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain and organize filing systems (physical and digital).
- Enter and update data in administrative systems accurately.
- Support operational activities by coordinating with internal and external teams.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement.
- Contribute to improving administrative processes and efficiency.
Core Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative or office roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Fluent in Arabic, with good proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience with administrative systems such as ERP or CRM.
- Previous experience in a structured corporate environment.
- Familiarity with task management or modern digital tools.
