Maritime Partnership to Develop National Talent

As part of its commitment to supporting national talent and contributing to Saudi Vision 2030 objectives, OSLCO is working toward signing a cooperation agreement with King Abdulaziz University, represented by the College of Maritime Studies, to support the localization of Saudi vessels and develop national capabilities in the maritime sector.

The agreement aims to provide practical training opportunities for students onboard the company’s vessels in fields such as marine engineering, navigation, and ship maintenance, helping prepare them for the workforce according to the highest professional standards.

This initiative reflects OSLCO’s commitment to supporting national education outcomes and empowering young talents with hands-on experience, enhancing their employability and contributing to the development of human capital in the maritime industry.

Through this partnership, the company also aims to attract qualified national talents in line with its future plans to expand its fleet and increase the number of owned vessels.
