Saudi Maritime Workforce… OSLCO Launches First Onboard Training Program

In an achievement that reflects its commitment to developing national talent, OSLCO launched its first Saudi maritime training cohort during Ramadan 2026 onboard Sea Wave 1 and Sea Wave 3, in collaboration with King Abdulaziz University, represented by the College of Maritime Studies. This initiative supports the company’s ongoing efforts to localize jobs within the maritime sector.

The program includes a group of highly qualified Saudi trainees who have begun their operational duties in accordance with the highest standards of safety and quality, gaining valuable hands-on experience that prepares them for the maritime workforce.
